Kodobe (“we” “us” or “our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. This policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers’ needs.
Kodobe mobile application software (App) available on our site OR hosted on the Google Play Store (App Site) OR Apple store, once you have downloaded or streamed a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device (Device); and
Any of the services accessible through the App (Services) or those available on the App Site or other sites of ours or other third-party Sites (Service Sites).

By downloading the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the terms of this Policy set out hereunder. Send your CV or apply for a job. Contact us whether by post, phone, email, or chat. We may collect Personal Data received from third parties to the extent that they have represented that they have entered into an agreement with you for the provision of our products or services. Your internet service provider, your IP address, device make and model, the date and time you access Kodobe services. This information is used to help improve our services.
We may also use GPS technology OR other location services to determine your current location. You can withdraw your consent to our collection, processing or use of this information at any time by logging out and uninstalling the App from your Device.
Due to the nature of the Services, which we provide, we are required to work with a number of third parties and we may receive information about you from them. We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate, the other services we provide. We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, social media sites, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit bureaus, and financial services) and may receive information about you from them.
We may associate any category of information with any other category of information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this Policy for as long as it is combined.
Information collected by us shall be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to provide a particular type of service to the client, the amount to be charged and the terms and conditions applicable to such service delivery

To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service

To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information
Save in compliance with an order of the Court, Arbitral Panel, Tribunal, Regulatory Directive or Order or any other legal or regulatory obligation, we do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to other parties, but we may provide them with anonymous aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 100 men aged between 35 and 40 have selected an option)

in order to: enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements or to investigate potential breaches; report defaulters; or for the purpose of publishing statistics relating to the use of the App, in which case all information will be aggregated and made anonymous.

Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.
Advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in Ikoyi). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our site. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations.
The data that we collect from you is stored on our secure servers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated, stored and processed securely and in accordance with this Policy.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of Our Service Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to Our Service Sites; any transmission is at your own risk.
